For the past five years Jane has specialised in one-to-one coaching and workshop facilitation assisting companies to grow their businesses by developing the relationship management and sales skills of their senior managers.

With 20 years experience of sales and account management in the IT Services sector, Jane's knowledge of consultancy, systems integration and outsourcing influences her ability to bring out people's innate influencing ability.

Jane is committed to her own continual development as well as her passion for the growth of others. She loves to travel, socialise and keep healthy and fit. She lives in London with her husband and together they balance commitments and relationships across UK, Europe, Australia and America.

Credentials

Jane is a member of the International Coach Federation and Association for Coaching. A co-created, non-directive coaching approach using tools and exercises to create insights and awareness complement her supportively challenging style.

She is an assessor and mentor on the ICF accredited Coaching Development training course and a Coach Supervisor supporting the ongoing development of professional coaches and the integrity of the coaching profession.

Accreditations include ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Coach Supervision, NLP practitioner, Emotional Intellience and Transactional Analysis. Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
