You rarely have the luxury of time to stand back and think about yourself. There are few people you can confide in to share your challenges, perspectives and ideas. Without support, your thinking patterns follow familiar patterns.
A constant in your life is change; market dynamics, client demands, service standards and the needs of managers and employees. The primary cause of burn-out is trying to make sense of all this.
As your coach Jane will act as a sounding board; remaining unbiased and non-judgemental yet challenging and thought provoking. The interactions are confidential for you to brainstorm ideas, unlock fears and confront behavioural patterns.
Approach
Programmes are individualised. Assessment tools, models and exercises are incorporated into each programme to support you in achieving the outcomes you want. The focus is on breaking old habits, making well-considered choices and putting words into action.
A series of six face-to-face coaching sessions at regular intervals over a three to six month period is a typical programme.
